Overview

The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of US Conec's Human Resources Information Systems to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting. This role partners closely with HR, IT, business leaders, and external vendors to optimize HR technology solutions, support organizational objectives, and drive data-informed decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS platforms and related technologies.
  • Manage system configuration, security settings, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and key resource for system-related support and best practices.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement new system functionality, integrations, and technology solutions.
  • Lead HRIS projects, including system testing, deployment, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate business requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee information.
  • Monitor data quality and perform audits to support compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Create custom reports and ad hoc analyses to support workforce planning, business decisions, and organizational initiatives.

  • Support strategic HR initiatives through process optimization, technology enhancements, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HRIS or HR support team members to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
  • Prioritize team workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of projects and operational responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, system administration, data management, and HR technology best practices.
  • Proven experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or enhancement projects.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and guide team members.
