About the Role
The HRIS Analyst strengthens and scales HR operations by ensuring HR data integrity, HRIS reliability, and system-enabled process discipline across a complex, multi-state behavioral healthcare environment. This hands-on role serves as the HR systems and data expert, supporting day-to-day HRIS administration, troubleshooting, reporting, audits, controls, and ongoing optimization across the HR technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on ADP Vantage. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, strengthen documentation, and ensure consistent execution of employee lifecycle processes across U.S. and Philippines operations.
Responsibilities
• Serve as HR system subject matter expert for ADP HRIS/Payroll, ensuring operational stability across payroll, benefits, time, and workforce management processes
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and integration issue resolution while partnering with vendors to manage escalations and system enhancements
• Administer HRIS configuration, workflows, data maintenance, and system functionality with a focus on ADP Vantage
• Lead HRIS configuration and workstreams including requirements gathering, configuration validation, testing support, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide production support by investigating issues, resolving unexpected results, identifying root causes, and partnering with vendors and IT
• Manage HRIS security fundamentals including role-based access, user profiles, permissions, and periodic access reviews
• Conduct routine data audits and quality checks to ensure employee lifecycle transactions are accurate and timely
• Identify systemic data issues and implement preventative controls, documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain audit readiness through clean data, clear documentation, and controlled processes
• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports including headcount, turnover, compensation extracts, and operational metrics
• Standardize reporting definitions, improve data consistency, and document report logic and refresh cadence
• Support integrations and data exchanges between ADP and adjacent systems, including file feeds and troubleshooting data flow issues
• Partner with vendors to evaluate capabilities, implement improvements, and maintain reliable integrations
• Develop and maintain system documentation including process steps, job aids, and configuration notes
• Train HR and Operations users on HRIS best practices, reporting, and process standards
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve end-to-end workflow reliability through system optimization
• Contribute to HR service delivery improvements including standardized intake and measurable performance metrics
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of HRIS or HR Operations experience with responsibility for data integrity, configuration, reporting, audits, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage, Workforce Now, UKG, or comparable HRIS platforms
• Strong reporting and data skills including advanced Excel (VLOOKUP) and ability to translate business requests into reliable outputs
• Strong documentation discipline and ability to build repeatable, auditable processes
• High attention to confidentiality, data privacy, and system access controls
