Sr. UltiPro HRIS Consultant, Reston, VA ($55-65/hr) - remote
Immediate need for a Sr. HRIS Consultant with multibillion dollar leader in their industry. Only US Citizen's and Green Card holders will be considered. THIS IS A TECHNICAL ROLE!
The HRIS team includes 6 employees, but most are supporting Workday and other systems. This candidate will be the main UKG subject matter expert, where you will be troubleshooting issues (helpdesk concept), reviewing configurations to make updates or changes, writing reports and fixing errors in the system.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Lead Expert for all UKG-related support
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide Tier2/3 support (helpdesk-style approach)
  • Review, modify and maintain UKG configurations
  • Develop, run and analyze UKG reports.
  • Support UKG payroll, HCM, integrations, and system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of expert level UKG system support and configuration experience.
  • Must have strong experience supporting UKG payroll, HCM, reporting, configurations and integrations.
  • SQL experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
