Senior HR Generalist

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist:
• Manage employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
• Support full-cycle recruiting and hiring initiatives.

• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and HR administration.
• Support training, development, compensation, and benefits programs.

Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro or other HRIS platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City
