  • Support high‑volume onboarding processes for field employees, managing 30–60 candidates weekly as the Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
  • Maintain onboarding trackers using Google Sheets and monitor candidate progress through each stage as the Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
  • Communicate with candidates and internal teams via phone and email to provide updates and troubleshoot onboarding issues as the Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and properly recorded as the Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
Qualifications for the Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
  • Previous data entry experience required; exposure to HR or onboarding processes preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel; UKG experience is a plus
