Job description

Job Title: Med Surg RN – Nights | Up to $43/hr. + Relocation Assistance

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 12-hour shifts


Position Overview

The Med-Surg RN provides professional nursing care to medical and surgical patients using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical standards and state regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide care for a variety of medical and surgical patients
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience preferred
  • Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing (required)
  • Active Kansas RN License (or compact license)
  • BLS Certification required
  • New grads accepted


Compensation & Incentives

  • Pay Range: $29.00 – $43.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Shift/Weekend Differential: $2.00/hr
  • Relocation: Up to $5,000
