Job description

Looking for an opportunity to use your recruiting and interviewing experience in a fast-paced HR environment. This temporary HR Assistant position provides support for day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work in a people-focused environment where organization, confidentiality, and strong communication are important. 

In this role, you’ll manage recruiting activities, conduct initial interviews, coordinate onboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with employee questions. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can step into the role quickly and provide dependable support. 

  • Job Duties:
    • Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assist with the hiring process.
    • Coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
    • Maintain employee records and provide general HR support.
    • Assist with employee inquiries and other HR-related tasks as needed

  • Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

  • Schedule: Temporary position for approximately 6 months - (1st Shift 7am-4:00p)

  • Experience or Skill Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
    • Strong recruiting and interviewing skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.
