Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager supports all human resources functions for Delta Hotels Woodbridge and Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center. Based primarily at Delta Hotels Woodbridge, this hybrid position partners closely with hotel leadership and Corporate Human Resources to ensure compliance, support associate engagement, and maintain effective HR operations across both properties. This role requires prior hospitality HR and payroll experience in a unionized hotel environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse associate population is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a resource for associates and managers regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
  • Assist with administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and support labor relations initiatives.
  • Conduct investigations, maintain documentation, and support corrective action processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, orientation programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS and related systems.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, local, and union regulations.
  • Generate HR reports and workforce analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Corporate HR on policy implementation, compliance initiatives, and training programs
