Logan Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead key HR initiatives that support our employees, leaders, and continued growth. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who enjoys balancing people-focused leadership with operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As the Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while overseeing core human resources functions that support employee success and organizational growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead recruiting strategies for office, field, leadership, and management positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee onboarding programs that create an exceptional new hire experience
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace concerns
  • Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, and employee development
  • Guide corrective action, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution
Leadership Development & Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and retention
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee benefits administration and employee leave programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support compensation planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Analyze HR metrics, turnover, recruiting performance, and workforce trends
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
  • Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations issues
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, or field service industries
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics
  • Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, and high-volume hiring initiatives
  • Experience developing leadership training and employee development programs
