Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: New York City, NY (Need Local)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance HR systems across multiple HR functional areas.

This is a hands-on role for a self-sufficient professional who can independently manage production support, system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on production support responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes across multiple HR functional modules.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms of Workday
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing HR data, and supporting business users.
  • Knowledge of HR data structures, security models, and system administration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multiple HR modules in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience working closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, audits, and data governance practices.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production support environment.
