Job description

Our client is looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team. This person will be responsible for configuring applications to meet the needs of the business, implementing technology programs, and evaluating system resource requirements. Training will be onsite, and once complete, the client will offer a hybrid schedule.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage business process development, improvement, configuration, testing, maintenance, and implementation within Workday and other systems.
  • Pursue innovative initiatives and provide system expertise, including recommendations for process modifications to ensure effective use of HR technology resources.
  • Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities.
  • Deliver reports and data analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS support
  • Strong skills in analysis, planning, communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized
  • Experience with Workday configuration and data analysis is preferred
  • Experience writing Workday reports and calculated fields is preferred
