Job description

The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for Lanco's Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of HR technology across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by maintaining and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and employees. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT partners, this role ensures systems are configured correctly, data is accurate, integrations run smoothly, and HR technology continues to evolve to meet business needs.
What You'll Do
HRIS Administration & System Support
  • Configure, maintain, and support HRIS modules, workflows, and security roles
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure system integrity across platforms
  • Maintain system documentation, configurations, and process records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions and support
  • Support change management and system updates across the organization
  • Perform system testing and validation activities

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
  • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements
  • Assist with data analysis to support HR and business decision-making

System Optimization & Projects
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
  • Participate in system releases and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Document workflows, system changes, and business processes

Integrations & Data Management
  • Monitor and support HR system integrations (Payroll, Benefits, LMS, Recruiting, Time & Attendance)
  • Ensure data consistency across connected HR systems
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

User Support & Training
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users
  • Develop user guides, job aids, and system documentation
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution
  • Support HR Data Management Coordinator as needed for business continuity

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience, including system administration, configuration, and support
  • Experience with UKG, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle, and compliance requirements
  • Experience configuring HR technology solutions, including workflows, business rules, security roles, forms, notifications, and approval processes
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, releases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and file transfers
  • Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics skills
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred
  • UKG Pro experience
  • Experience with HR analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Manufacturing or multi-site environment experience

Work Environment
Office-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
Compensation/Benefits
We offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
