Temporary Recruiter (2-Month Assignment)

$40.00/Hour | Immediate Opportunity

Remote position but must reside in MA, CT, VT, NH or MEย 

Are you a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities?

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
    โ€ข Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews
    โ€ข Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
    โ€ข Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
    โ€ข Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
    โ€ข Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruiting experience required
    โ€ข Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
    โ€ข Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
    โ€ข Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates
    โ€ข Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
    โ€ข Strong communication and organizational skills
    โ€ข Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Assignment Details

  • $40.00 per hour
    โ€ข Approximately 2-month assignment
    โ€ข Immediate start preferred (pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements)
    โ€ข Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs
