Temporary Recruiting Specialist

Compensation and Benefits:

·           Hourly pay of $17-$20

Schedule:

·           Part time hours; Monday – Friday, occasional weekends and holiday if needed.

Duties/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Specialist:

·           100% on the phone

·           Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply for open jobs (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)

·           Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)

·           Making job offers, sending background checks

·           Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

Required Skills/Abilities:

·           Enjoy talking with people

·           Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred

·           Experience with MS Excel

·           Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams – 0365

·           Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment

·           Strong organizational & communication skills

·           Familiarity with online job-hunting websites

·           Passion for People

Physical Requirements:

·           Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

·           Ability to provide a stable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment when working from home
