LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-known and highly respected organization in Albuquerque that is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team during a period of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both candidate-facing coordination and proactive sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is expected to last 2-3 months, but has potential for longer term opportunity for the right person. Schedule is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly range is $25/hr-$30/hr.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening activities
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure data accuracy
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to the hiring process
  • Assist with job posting management and candidate pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding logistics as needed
  • Provide a professional and positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience required
  • Previous candidate sourcing experience is required
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts preferred
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and hiring teams
