About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will focus on recruiting for warehouse and production positions in a fast-paced environment with ongoing hiring needs.

Job Description:

The Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can effectively manage a large candidate pipeline, and thrives in a high-energy recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for warehouse and production openings.
  • Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Manage a high volume of candidate outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate hiring updates with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate tracking information.
  • Build talent pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruiting events and other hiring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
