As a GUS Service Delivery Manager, you will lead operational planning and service delivery by allocating resources effectively, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring alignment with processes and customer expectations. You will play a key role in managing performance and supporting team development while driving operational efficiency.
As a GUS Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading end-to-end execution of field service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of ALS services to customers.
  • Owning job execution, field performance, and operational P&L, while coordinating across sales, engineering, supply chain, and field teams.
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with company non-negotiables and cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams and interacting with customers to understand activity forecasts, volume, and complexity.
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources aligned with operational requirements.
  • Developing and implementing quality plans in line with job cycle processes.
  • Ensuring teams understand contract and quotation requirements to support accurate execution and revenue realization.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned area.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supporting the development of team members through training, competency programs, and career progression planning.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in operations, services, or related fields.
