They are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery relationship across client engagements, ensuring successful and consistent delivery outcomes across projects and services.
Responsibilities:

Required:

โ€ข Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and delivery relationships
โ€ข Experience overseeing delivery across multiple projects or programs simultaneously
โ€ข Strong understanding of professional services delivery models, including project-based delivery and managed services environments
โ€ข Demonstrated experience managing delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and engagement challenges
โ€ข Experience working closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure execution success
โ€ข Strong communication and relationship management skills with client stakeholders
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
