Job description

Service Delivery Manager

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT infrastructure services. This role needs managing critical systems that support banking operations, regulatory compliance, and customer-facing platforms, while maintaining high availability and resilience standards.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services including data centers, networks, cloud platforms, End User platform, Command Center and security systems.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and BFSI regulatoryย 
โ€ข Monitor service performance, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high availability for critical banking applications.
โ€ข Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs for outsourced infrastructure services.
โ€ข Lead infrastructure projects such as core upgrades, ServiceNow projects, desktop upgrades, disaster recovery implementations, and cloud migrations.
โ€ข Coordinate change management activities to minimize service disruption and ensure regulatory compliance.
โ€ข Prepare regular performance, risk, and compliance reports for senior leadership and auditors.
โ€ข Preparing Status reporting and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
โ€ข 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in service delivery management within BFSI.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization, and storage systems.
โ€ข Expertise in ITIL framework and service management best practices.
โ€ข Understanding of BFSI-specific compliance and security standards (e.g., RBI guidelines, SOC 2).
