Serve as Delivery Manager for Key and complex Treasury and Investment Accounting initiatives. This person will be responsible and accountable for successful end-to-end project delivery as measured by: On-Time, On-Budget, With Quality and Customer Satisfaction. This role will provide hands on coaching and expertise to the team including identifying critical issues and driving resolution.Â
Qualifications
Top Three Skills/ExperienceÂ
Proven experience successfully managing complex IT initiatives in the financial industry, either directly (banking or investment firm) or indirectly (serving Treasury function at the corporate level) - 10 Years
Proven experience successfully managing large, diverse teams undertaking transformational initiatives that required large scale business practice changes and brand new vendor integration 10 Years
Proven experience collaborating at the VP level both within the organization and across multiple vendors 5 Years
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience managing IT projects within the investment/financial services industry
IT experience directly supporting investment or treasury functions at the corporate level required

Proficient in formal project management methodologies including risk management and mitigation, scope management and containment, as well as a take charge approach and desire to remove road blocks and resolve issues
Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills
