Role description: Arcadis is looking to hire a Solutions Delivery Manager who provides leadership and coordination across project teams supporting the delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of Arcadis' Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) solution. The role serves as a key leader responsible for project execution, technical integration, personnel management, operational readiness, and client engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile A proven technology leader capable of bridging operations, software, infrastructure, and client delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with executive-level communication skills, experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, and a demonstrated track record delivering complex transportation solutions while driving business growth and client satisfaction. Role accountabilities: Lead delivery teams across the ATMS program made up of business analysists, project managers and technical specialists across various client implementations.

Manage project execution, budget performance, staffing, and resource planning. Oversee delivery, maintenance, upgrades, support, and recovery efforts for the ATMS program. Provide leadership for project risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

Act as senior client liaison for transportation agencies and strategic customers. Coordinate with individuals in teams spanning project management, software development, infrastructure, networking, databases, operations, support, and field technologies. Drive operational excellence through structured workflows, reporting, and tool utilization including Jira and service management platforms.

Support business growth initiatives through solution innovation, client relationship development, and strategic planning. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex technology programs.

Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing technical and multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing project budgets, delivery commitments, and client relationships. Strong knowledge of systems integration, software development, networking, infrastructure, and operational support environments.

Experience leading geographically distributed teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with state DOTs, transportation agencies, and public sector clients. Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) or comparable transportation technology environments.
