What is a Network Success Manager?

A Network Success Manager is a professional who ensures that clients or partners achieve their desired outcomes when using a company's network products or services. They act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, helping to onboard new partners, resolve issues, and optimize network performance. Their role often involves providing technical support, monitoring network health, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. By building strong relationships, they help increase customer satisfaction and retention. Network Success Managers are common in technology, telecommunications, and SaaS companies.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a network success manager?

To thrive as a Network Success Manager, you need a solid understanding of relationship management, account management, and data analysis, often supported by a degree in business, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Salesforce), data visualization tools, and project management software is typically required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive communication help build trust and foster strong partnerships. Job Description

At Compass International Holdings, we're revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

The Leads Network is comprised of over 400 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens® Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty, supporting over 8,000 certified agents nationwide. Our programs deliver financial value to participating consumers through strategic partnerships with certified real estate agents and a dedicated concierge team.

Our Network Success Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the broker's experience within the CIH Leads Network. You will provide operational and system support, deliver high-quality service, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to process improvements that drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency and data integrity by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to broker onboarding, mergers and acquisitions, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Contribute to the modernization of operational workflows by participating in process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting or updating SOPs.
  • Support a positive, collaborative team culture by demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and a willingness to engage in cross-functional learning.
  • Manage and maintain accurate broker records and configurations across CIH Leads systems.
  • Provide timely and effective Help Desk support to network members by troubleshooting system issues.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry for broker information and territory assignments within CIH Leads systems.
  • Support broker-to-broker referral placements by ensuring proper documentation, timely system updates, and accurate revenue capture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver a seamless broker experience.
  • Serve as a day-to-day support resource for assigned brokers, collaborating with the Director of Network Success team to address questions or concerns within the scope of the role.
  • Assist with broker and agent adoption of CIH products and technology, as well as support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to new ideas, tools, and approaches.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven flexibility to shift between tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ownership mindset with a high degree of accountability to drive initiatives through completion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills paired with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to quickly learn, navigate, and leverage internal systems and technology platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
