Accountabilities: Net Promoter Scores, Client Retention, Client Renewals

Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities: 
Develops new products by identifying potential customer verticals, conducting market research around those verticals, generating product requirements and then bringing those products to life.
You will have developed products in the past and be comfortable working across a company to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.
You have experience developing pricing and offer strategies including shaping the messaging around the products and consulting with the marketing team to ensure the most appropriate channels are used.  You want your products used by as many clients as possible and are relentless in your pursuit of this.
You will work with our clients and our internal teams to both implement your envisioned solution and to ensure that it solves their business needs.  As such you will be the main point of contact for our clients and will develop implementation strategies and approaches, tailoring our internal systems as required, to ensure we can repeatedly deliver excellence to our customers.  
You have a pro-active focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving to achieve successful customer outcomes.  Setting and managing customer expectations based on current state of product offerings/services is part of what makes you tick.  You will also responsible for managing key accounts/customers.

Experience: 5-7 years

Additional Information

         Deep understanding of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)clo

         Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes (Git, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt, and Cloudformation)

         Experience in designing HA, DR, Backup and retention architectures on cloud platforms

         Experience deploying Amazon Web Services (AWS)  and Google Cloud public cloud infrastructures and a deep understanding of existing AWS technologies including experience covering cloud security, network, cloud integration, active directory, SSO, compute, storage, database, monitoring, cloud tools, and other AWS services

         Experience with SaaS and PaaS platforms (ServiceNow, SalesForce, etc.)

         Experience with one or more programming languages (Ruby, Python, Perl, Javascript, Golang)

         Experience in the design, development, and deployment of large heterogeneous distributed systems and environments

         Deep understanding of computer networking and networking support services, especially with virtual and cloud environments

         Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.

         Advanced knowledge of security trends and best practices.

         Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users.

         Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
