Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our solutions for clients, ensuring projects are executed with precision and professionalism. Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ALICE adoption and long-term success.
  • Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities based for ALICE within your assigned customer base.
  • Craft value and business justification narratives in partnership with customers - ensuring positive user sentiment and account renewal.
  • Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or a related discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles, within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar).
  • Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) as required.
Why Work at ALICE?
  • We're a small, well-funded team and as such, you will have an outsized impact on our company, our product, and our future
  • We are growing quickly, which means there is plenty of opportunity for your professional and personal growth - and we are here to support you in that growth
  • We're building a truly innovative and category-defining product in one of the world's largest and most important industries
  • Health Insurance
  • Generous vacation policy
  • We believe in sharing our success in the form of equity which is part of the compensation for all employees
