Vice President, Service Delivery

Job Description Summary

The Vice President, Service Delivery is responsible for driving operational excellence, business performance, and strategic execution across the Strategic Consulting platform. This role serves as a key business partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities, operational execution, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness across the practice.
The Vice President will oversee day-to-day business operations, including financial management, resource planning, reporting, team engagement, and cross-functional coordination. The role partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, Transformation, Marketing, Technology/Data Services (TDS), and Global Consulting leadership to support scalable growth, operational consistency, and execution of business priorities.
This position is a critical leadership role focused on enabling the success of the business through operational leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement. The role is not directly responsible for brokerage or client-facing responsibilities.

Job Description

Business Performance & Financial Management
  • Partner with leadership to support revenue management, expense management, forecasting, and overall business performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate business metrics, KPIs, and reporting to drive operational transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Support financial planning processes, including budgeting, resource allocation, and business performance analysis.
  • Provide leadership and constructive guidance to ensure accountability against operational and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership teams on pricing considerations, profitability initiatives, and resource optimization strategies.
Strategic Execution & Operational Leadership
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans and ensure successful execution across the business.
  • Lead day-to-day operational management of the Strategic Consulting organization.
  • Establish and maintain governance, reporting cadence, and communication processes to ensure alignment and execution discipline.
  • Drive operational efficiencies, scalable processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Transformation and business leadership teams to implement new ways of working and organizational enhancements.
Team Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Support resource planning and workforce alignment to meet business priorities and delivery objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure highquality client delivery.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, operational reviews, and team communications.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture.
  • Support coaching, talent development, learning initiatives, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
  • Promote strong communication, alignment, and employee engagement across teams.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as a key liaison across Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, TDS, Transformation, and Global Consulting teams.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support operational alignment and business execution.
  • Ensure coordination and consistency across strategic initiatives, reporting processes, and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business management, strategic operations, consulting operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience supporting P&L management, budgeting, and business performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational execution within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, commercial real estate, or related industries preferred.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
