Managing Director, Client Delivery Executive - Remote 

We will consider candidates that reside within the U.S. or Canada.

At NTT DATA, we are seeking an accomplished Client Delivery Executive to lead service delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of more than 150 clients throughout the United States and Canada. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitable growth, and exceptional client outcomes across a portfolio exceeding $490M in annual revenue.

The Client Delivery Executive serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, partnering with business leaders to align technology services and transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives. This leader will oversee a highly matrixed organization of Client Delivery Executives, Project Managers, and Delivery Leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.  Success in this role requires a proven executive capable of leading at scale, navigating complexity, building high-performing teams, and driving business results across a broad portfolio of enterprise clients ranging from Fortune 50 organizations to mid-market Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate combines deep client delivery expertise, strong financial acumen, and the executive presence necessary to influence senior stakeholders and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for a portfolio exceeding $490M in annual revenue, ensuring achievement of delivery, financial, client satisfaction, and operational objectives.
  • Own portfolio performance, including revenue growth, margin optimization, delivery excellence, and overall client health.
  • Lead and develop a team of 17+ Client Delivery Executives and Project Managers, while partnering with 20+ matrixed Delivery Leaders across supporting practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, solutioning, consulting, and global delivery teams to support business development efforts and strategic pursuits.
  • Leverage strong technical and business acumen to understand client challenges and align technology-enabled solutions to business outcomes.
  • Drive organizational maturity, operational consistency, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead teams through ambiguity, change, and transformation while maintaining focus on client success and operational performance.
  • Support proposal development, executive presentations, strategic account planning, and client engagement activities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
  • Travel to client locations throughout the United States and Canada to support strategic account management, executive engagement, and business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Current experience managing a portfolio of accounts generating more than $100M in annual revenue.
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Client Delivery Executive with demonstrated success managing existing business and driving account growth and expansion.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in client delivery, technology services, consulting, managed services, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading large-scale service delivery organizations and managing complex enterprise client relationships.
  • Strong financial management expertise with experience driving revenue, profitability, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and influence teams within highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and solution teams to support account growth and strategic pursuits.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large, multi-client portfolios within IT services, digital transformation, consulting, or managed services environments.
  • Proven track record supporting Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, process maturity initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application services, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $350,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
