Title: SAP Portfolio Delivery Executive – Life Sciences

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Executive to lead the successful delivery of complex SAP programs for Life Sciences clients. This role is accountable for end-to-end program execution across multiple engagements, including overall delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue management, budget control, margin performance, and governance.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP program delivery, strong executive stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences and GxP-regulated environments. This leader must be able to manage large, cross-functional teams, oversee multiple programs simultaneously, review solution approaches for quality and feasibility, and ensure that delivery is practical, compliant, and aligned to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and oversee multiple SAP programs and portfolios within the Life Sciences vertical, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
•    Own overall delivery governance, including executive steering committees, program reviews, escalation management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
•    Manage portfolio financials, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking, margin performance, utilization, change requests, and overall financial health of programs.
•    Provide leadership across large transformation programs involving SAP ERP / S/4HANA and related business processes.
•    Review solution designs and delivery plans to ensure they are practical, scalable, compliant, and deliverable.
•    Assess program health across workstreams and proactively address delivery risks, resourcing gaps, timeline concerns, and dependency issues.
•    Partner with solution architects, engagement leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP solutions, and execution plans.
•    Ensure programs are delivered in accordance with Life Sciences regulatory and quality expectations, including GxP, validation, documentation, audit readiness, and controlled delivery practices.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on delivery, execution, and transformation strategy.
•    Lead and mentor delivery managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models.
•    Support account growth by identifying follow-on opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping shape delivery strategy for new engagements.
•    Drive a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
•    Significant experience in SAP delivery leadership, including managing large-scale, enterprise SAP support and Implementation programs
•    Proven experience managing multiple concurrent SAP programs or a program portfolio.
•    Strong experience with financial ownership of delivery, including revenue, budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and overall commercial accountability.
•    Demonstrated experience in Life Sciences, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or other regulated environments.
•    Strong understanding of GxP requirements and the implications for SAP solution delivery, validation, and compliance.
•    Ability to review and challenge solution approaches for quality, feasibility, risk, and deliverability.
•    Experience managing large cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, testing, data, and deployment workstreams.
•    Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership skills.
•    Proven ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complex organizations, and drive results in high-visibility programs.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
•    Experience leading SAP Support engagements
•    Familiarity with SAP processes relevant to Life Sciences, such as manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, finance, and regulatory/compliance-related functions.
•    Experience with validation frameworks, Computerized Systems Validation (CSV), or Computer Software Assurance (CSA).

•    Growth of existing accounts through trusted delivery leadership
