Job Summary:
Microchip Technology Inc. is a global leader in technology solutions, seeking a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager to drive Design Wins to Revenue with select OEM customers in the Greater Bay Area. The role involves utilizing sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and exceeding sales goals while providing technical and business insights.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
• Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement.
• The Sr. CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.
• The Sr. CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions.
• The ideal candidate will be self motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of their customer’s products, market, competitive landscape and internal organization.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

• 9+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
