As a Travel Client Engagement Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to understand their vacation goals, recommend travel options, coordinate reservations, and provide exceptional support from the initial consultation through departure. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, managing details, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel preferences, destinations of interest, schedules, and budgets
  • Research vacation options including resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and excursions
  • Develop customized travel recommendations that align with each client's needs and expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel services through approved booking platforms and supplier partners
  • Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and essential pre-departure information
  • Assist with reservation updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
  • Review bookings to help ensure reservations are accurate and complete before travel
  • Maintain regular communication with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering planning support
  • Maintain accurate client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems
  • Partner with preferred suppliers to deliver outstanding service and personalized travel experiences
