Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead the development, customization, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and IT teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth operations of the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM functionalities, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 to meet business needs, including custom entities, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for CRM optimization, process improvement, and automation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure CRM system reliability and performance.
  • Lead CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, staying updated with platform updates, features, and industry trends.

Requirements:
