In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
โ€ข Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
โ€ข Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
โ€ข Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
โ€ข Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
โ€ข Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
โ€ข Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
โ€ข The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
โ€ข A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
โ€ข A passion for design and hands-on coding experience

Required Skill and Experience
Experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, CE, etc.).
Dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations and integrations.
Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals.
Good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Includes design specifications, programming, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, modification and assurance of technical requirements of computer programs per established industry practices and Customer's Development Management Methodology (DMM).
Preferred Skill and Experience
Microsoft certifications with Dataverse experience
& Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
Proven enterprise-scale D365 & Power Platform architecture design experience
Advanced Power Platform ALM & CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Experience in complex integrations with third-party and line-of-business systems
Hands-on experience with Power Pages, PCF controls, and advanced Canvas Apps
Experience handling data migration, performance tuning, and large Dataverse volumes
Additional Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
