Job description

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Clerical Assistant to support the implementation, maintenance, and daily use of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will assist with data entry, record management, reporting, user support, and administrative tasks to help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of business operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer systems, enjoys working with data, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Prior ERP experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data within the ERP system.
  • Review records for accuracy and identify data discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory, purchasing, sales order, and customer information updates.
  • Support ERP users with basic system questions and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Assist with user account setup and access requests.
  • Help develop and maintain ERP process guides and training materials.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems, databases, or business software preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
