Remote (U.S. Based) | Contract (W-2 or 1099) | Part-Time to Full-Time Hours Available


Are you a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) professional who enjoys getting into the system, configuring solutions and helping projects move forward without needing a team of developers behind you?


We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to assist with a variety of client and internal CRM initiatives. This is a remote contract opportunity with flexible hours. Workload may vary from project-based assignments and ad hoc support to more consistent part-time or full-time engagement as project demands increase.


Important:
• 100% Remote (U.S. only)
• No Corp-to-Corp (C2C)
• Part-time, project-based and full-time availability will all be considered
• Ideal for independent consultants currently supporting multiple clients


What You'll Be Doing


• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate
• Configure business processes, forms, views and security settings
• Support CRM implementations, enhancements and optimization projects
• Assist with integrations and data migration activities
• Translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
• Partner with technical resources when custom development is required
• Help stand up and configure new CE environments as needed


What We're Looking For


• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Ability to independently configure and administer CE environments
• Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
• Understanding of integrations, data management and CRM best practices
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction abilities
• Self-directed consultant who can jump into projects with minimal oversight

• Experience with Power Apps
