Part-Time Bookkeeper (ERP Experience Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment, enjoys working with financial data, and has a solid understanding of accounting processes within ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
  • Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP system
  • Generate financial reports, including monthly summaries and cash flow statements
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking
