The Operations Delivery Manager will manage operational excellence across multiple airport and resort retail locations, overseeing execution, loss prevention, and financial discipline. This role provides hands-on support to Multi-Unit Managers, using data-driven insights, targeted interventions, and consistent operational standards to strengthen leadership effectiveness and safeguard commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate operational consistency, compliance, and financial controls across assigned locations
  • Analyze performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead focused action plans to reduce shrink, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen execution
