Role: Delivery Manager Location: New York RTTO: Hybrid Job Summary Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations for a US based retail bank. Operations Management: Operational Oversight: Ensure high availability and performance by managing daily operations, monitoring systems, and resolving issues. Provide leadership for the operations team in performing operational rigor in terms of incident management, ageing, ticket analysis, service improvement plans, etc.

Strategic and project management: Plan for future needs, including capacity planning and technology upgrades. Lead or coordinate larger installation and project initiatives. Coordination and collaboration: Work with other departments like IT, security, and facilities to meet goals and support business continuity.

Liaise with the client stakeholders and manage the relationship. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including network, server, storage, and security implementations. Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), SLA s, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project dependencies and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, assigning tasks, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration.

Develop team capabilities through training and skill development initiatives, ensuring technical proficiency across the team. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Technical Expertise: Good understanding of various infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms (AWS), network design, data center operations, server virtualization, and security protocols.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the infrastructure landscape to identify potential solutions and improvements. Provide guidance and support to the team on complex issues. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.

Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations effectively. Conduct regular client reviews and present project status updates. Cost and Quality Control: Monitor project budget and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality assurance processes to identify and address potential issues early on. Years of experience needed 15 to 18+ years Technical Skills: Preferred bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, storage, and security technologies. Prior experience of DC operations, migrations and transformation project.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control. Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of technical professionals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
