The Marketing Operations Manager - Delivery & Planning is responsible for owning and driving the execution of the marketing operating system, including campaign intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery coordination. This role ensures marketing work flows efficiently across teams, aligning resources to the highest-value initiatives while maintaining operational discipline and execution excellence.
This position serves as a central orchestrator across marketing functions and cross-functional partners, balancing execution oversight with continuous process improvement. The role provides leadership to a small team and partners closely with Strategy, Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Business Units to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
In this position, you will
  • Marketing Operations & Governance: Own and manage execution of the marketing operating model including intake, prioritization workflows, and backlog management. Ensure adherence to standardized processes and maintain visibility across all marketing initiatives.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Facilitate WSJF-based prioritization and maintain a single, prioritized backlog aligned to business value and capacity. Support quarterly planning by aligning prioritized work to team capacity and business priorities.
  • Execution & Delivery Coordination: Oversee execution of marketing initiatives across creative, content, digital, and automation teams. Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Resource & Capacity Management: Track and manage team capacity across initiatives. Identify workload imbalances and support efficient resource allocation to maximize throughput and delivery effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary operational point of coordination across marketing functions. Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and speed-to-market. Monitor operational KPIs such as throughput and cycle time.
  • People Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 2-3 marketing operations and/or program management professionals. Provide coaching, performance management, and support career development.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate conflicts or constraints that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
BS
