Job Summary

Senior Project Manager role in a global organization responsible for managing complex technology and business initiatives using project management portfolio management and delivery management expertise. The role focuses on hybrid work model with day shifts ensuring consistent delivery of high impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency stakeholder satisfaction and long term portfolio value.

Responsibilities Service Delivery & Operations Management
  • 10+ years of experience in managing multi-geo and multi-tower large technology teams
  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT service delivery across Cloud and Infrastructure environments.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA KPI and contractual commitments for service performance.
  • Oversee daily operations including incident resolution service requests and operational stability.
  • Establish governance frameworks for operational reporting service reviews and continuous monitoring.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
  • Manage cloud operations ensuring availability scalability and performance optimization.
  • Oversee administration and support of infrastructure components (Cloud Network Database Storage & Backup Compute)
  • Ensure infrastructure resilience capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic service reviews executive reporting and performance discussions.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives in Process enhancement Automation implementation Productivity improvement
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Team Leadership & Governance
  • Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams.
  • Ensure skill development resource planning and performance management.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery with strong exposure to Cloud and Infrastructure operations.
