Job description

Delivery Crew Leader

Minimum Requirement: 1 Year Experience or Equivalent


Delivery Crew Leader is part of the team that delivers hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, accessories, grills and other products sold through the retail stores. Delivery Crew Leaders accomplish all tasks and responsibilities as assigned to the operations delivery teams. Crew Leaders are expected to assign tasks and supervise crew members. Crew Leaders are experienced delivery team members and understand all phases and tasks associated with delivery operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.

  • Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed

  • Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation

  • Record delivery checklist results for all jobs

  • Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions

  • Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary

  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards

  • Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards

  • Manage customer service issues and customer interaction on a daily basis

  • Assume the role as Crew Leader as assigned

  • Manage and supervise delivery crew members

  • Ensure all safety concerns are addressed and ensured for all delivery crew operations

  • Must have the ability to look ahead to know what items and what tools will be needed or potentially needed on the job site

  • Must own the entire delivery process including: truck, trainer, product being delivered, crew, tools, customer interface, safety, time management, and cleanup.


Requirements:

  • HEAVY LIFTING

  • Driver’s License

  • Clean driving record

  • Forklift trained and capable

  • Able to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories

  • DOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained)

  • Ability to pass background screening

  • Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance

  • Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail

  • Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual

  • Passion for problem solving

  • Construction aptitude

  • Electrical knowledge

  • Strong mechanical aptitude


Preferred:

  • Management or supervisory experience

  • Customer service experience
