Job description

What’s the role?
As a Solutions Delivery Manager at Elliptic, you'll deliver onboarding, enablement, and advisory support to customers across the full lifecycle of their compliance journey with Elliptic products. You’ll work primarily with regulated financial institutions, crypto-native organisations, and fintechs to operationalise financial crime compliance programs, navigate crypto asset regulatory obligations, and maximise ROI from Elliptic solutions.

You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering outstanding client experiences that accelerate adoption, ensure compliance confidence, and support long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead deployment and configuration of Elliptic’s compliance and blockchain analytics solutions for enterprise customers, particularly in service-led engagements, ensuring alignment between technical setup, compliance use cases, and operational requirements.

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and enablement sessions, ensuring stakeholders understand how to configure, interpret, and integrate Elliptic tools into their existing workflows.

  • Deliver tailored advisory services related to crypto transaction monitoring, blockchain risk typologies, customer risk scoring, and regulatory obligations (e.g., Travel Rule, crypto AML).

Operational Execution

  • Own and manage the engagement, tracking all operational aspects to ensure delivery of scoped project milestones within agreed timelines and SLAs, while providing transparent internal and client-facing updates on progress, issues, and risks.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to go-live, and contribute to feedback loops for product enhancement.

  • Provide project coordination including agenda planning, documentation, follow-ups, and managing action items for implementation and service delivery engagements.

Knowledge Development & Methodology

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and playbooks by sharing client insights and lessons learned.

  • Stay up to date on crypto compliance trends, typologies, and regulatory changes that impact client compliance frameworks or product usage.

  • Support the development of internal knowledge content, FAQs, and workshop material used by the broader services and delivery teams.

Key Measures of Success:

  • Project delivery success rate (on-time go-lives, milestones achieved)

  • Client satisfaction (CSAT, NPS)

  • Time-to-value (TTTV) from contract to solution go-live

  • Repeat service engagement and upsell adoption support

  • Quality and consistency of client documentation and enablement materials

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Willing and able to work on-site with customers to support project delivery, foster collaboration, and build strong client relationships.

  • Operational experience and/or subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, AML, or cryptoasset-related risk management (either in a Fintech, RegTech, Consultancy, or Financial Institution).

  • Hands-on experience in delivering or supporting the implementation of compliance software or related technology solutions for customers.

  • Ability to interact confidently with customer compliance, risk, and operational stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable configurations or best practices.

  • Project coordination instincts—a strong sense of structure, accountability, and task management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal documentation and externally-facing deliverables.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, "build-phase" product company or scale-up environment – comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.

  • A passion for crypto and blockchain technology is strongly preferred.

Bonus Points for:

  • Familiarity with blockchain forensic tools, crypto exchanges, or travel rule solution providers.

  • Exposure to system integration or API-based technologies in compliance workflows.

  • Practical knowledge of FATF guidance, OFAC sanctions, or global VASP licensing regimes.
