Job description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to join our stellar team! The Solutions Delivery Lead serves as a critical link between clients, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services teams. This role is responsible for understanding client business challenges, operational needs, and product capabilities; translating those needs into clear requirements and scalable solutions; and leading successful onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives from requirements definition through production deployment and stabilization.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis, solution design, project leadership, stakeholder management, and operational thinking. They are comfortable serving as the face of Broadridge with clients throughout project engagements while partnering with internal teams to ensure successful execution, operational readiness, and long-term client value.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives from planning through production deployment and stabilization.

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, client needs, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements; translate those requirements into actionable solution recommendations.

  • Provide thought leadership and consultative guidance during onboarding, implementation, enhancement, and pre-sale solutioning activities.

  • Evaluate operational impacts and ensure solutions can be effectively implemented, supported, measured, and scaled.

  • Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, QA, Client Services, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery.

  • Work within Agile delivery environments to support backlog management, sprint planning, Jira/Confluence tracking, prioritization, and delivery coordination.

  • Communicate product capabilities, limitations, requirements, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal and external audiences.

  • Develop strong working knowledge of DocuBuilder capabilities, workflows, client use cases, and implementation considerations.

  • Support Product Sales, Product Management, Account Management, and leadership teams with solution proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, discovery discussions, and level-of-effort estimates.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Delivery, Project Leadership, Software Implementations, or a related field.

  • Experience working directly with external clients in a SaaS, software implementation, consulting, or technology-driven environment.

  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, workflow analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience leading onboarding, implementation, enhancement, or client-facing delivery initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development environments, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority.

  • Ability to quickly learn software applications, business processes, product capabilities, and client environments.

  • Financial services, regulatory communications, document composition, or enterprise software experience preferred.

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $105,000- $120,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
