Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead onsite enterprise network operations in a critical DoD environment. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing complex infrastructure services, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, reliable system performance. The ideal candidate will oversee network performance, incident response, and integrate innovative AI solutions into secure operational workflows. If you excel in mission-focused environments, possess strong leadership skills, and have extensive experience in enterprise IT, this opportunity is for you. This is a direct hire position based onsite in North Chicago, IL, with no visa sponsorship provided.
Top Requirements:
  • 8+ years of enterprise IT experience in network operations, systems administration, cloud services, or cybersecurity
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams and managing service performance, incident response, and change management
  • Active Top Secret clearance and DoD cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CISM)
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity
  • Proven experience coordinating DoD or federal mission environments, disaster recovery, and outage response procedures
