Job description

A leading global apparel and retail organization is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to oversee complex technology programs and partner closely with the Engineering Lead. This role will manage project delivery, budgets, resources, risks, and coordination across engineering, product, infrastructure, facilities, and business teams.
  • Location: Pleasanton, CA - Onsite
  • Duration: 12-month contract with potential for temp-to-hire
  • Pay Rate: $75-$90/hour on W2
  • Employment Type: W2 only; no C2C

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical programs from planning through delivery.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Provide project updates and performance reporting.
  • Support infrastructure, network, and facilities-related initiatives.
  • Maintain project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of technical program or delivery management experience.
  • Strong product management and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience with budget forecasting and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and facilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
  • Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.

Jira experience and PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certification are preferred.
