Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software development programs through hands on partnership with engineering, alongside a broader Digital Operations Transformation effort focused on scaling and standardizing data center operations. This individual will manage down into engineering resources, driving scrums, features, and sprints to real delivery outcomes, while also owning governance, vendor accountability, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency, strong program and governance discipline, and the ability to speak in specific detail about the programs they have personally driven.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development programs by partnering directly with engineering teams, driving scrums, feature delivery, and sprint execution

  • Drive the Digital Operations Transformation initiative, encompassing data center scaling and cross functional process and technology alignment

  • Own program governance, financial tracking, risk management, and executive level reporting across both initiatives

  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to drive alignment and remove blockers

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and accountability throughout implementation and modernization efforts

  • Contribute to observability and monitoring modernization work where relevant, including any legacy platform transition efforts

  • Deliver regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of technical program or enterprise program management experience

  • Direct, hands on experience managing software development programs through scrums, features, and sprints

  • Strong governance and operational discipline, including structured tracking and reporting

  • Vendor management background across enterprise technology implementations

  • Deep technical fluency with an infrastructure or systems background

  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both engineering teams and business executives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Observability or monitoring modernization project experience

  • Hands on experience working within data center environments

  • Prior exposure to ScienceLogic or similar observability platforms

  • Exposure to AI or AIOps tooling
