Echodyne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with experience in hardware and software product development to join our team working in a fast-paced environment developing high-performance commercial radar solutions.ย  ย ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have a critical role in Echodyne's relentless pursuit of delivering industry best advanced radar solutions to our customers. ย You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain products that contribute to meeting Echodyne's business growth objectives. ย The scope of this role includes development of a variety of hardware/software products. ย  ย  ย RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodyne's core technology differentiation
  • Define, plan, and manage complex development programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing
  • Track and report program status and metrics
  • Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers
  • Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information
  • Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives
  • Experience leading hardware development programs
  • Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners
