Job description

  • renewables and energy services
  • engineering and design
  • construction and facility services

To get where we're going, we need big thinkers, problem solvers and collaborative mindsets. Does that sound like you?

As the role matures, you will also take on broader EHS program ownership, helping to strengthen enterprise-wide initiatives and continuously improve McKinstry's overall EHS management system.

This is a unique opportunity to build, operationalize, and sustain programs that directly impact employee safety at scale-while working cross-functionally, engaging teams across McKinstry's national footprint, and traveling up to 50% to support sites and drive consistent execution.

  • Establish and maintain sitelevel emergency readiness frameworks, expectations, and tools that reinforce shared ownership with local leaders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate annual emergency drills; track gaps, corrective actions, and lessons learned.

  • Experience leading emergency drills, AARs, and corrective action planning.

  • Effective partner to contractors and project teams; confident resolving EHS issues.
