Job Summary:
TikTok is a leading platform dedicated to inspiring creativity and connecting users globally. They are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead their E-Commerce Community Risk & Response domains, focusing on defining strategic roadmaps and managing complex partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the long-term strategic vision for Emergency Response, Social Listening, and Community Management policies, ensuring the domain evolves in lockstep with business expansion and partner priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Legal, and Policy), negotiating resource allocation and aligning on high-level program goals.
• Analyze Emergency Response, Social Listening, and Community Management behaviors to develop long-term risk mitigation frameworks, balancing business growth with ecosystem safety.
• Oversee the "health" of the domain by synthesizing high-level insights to make "go/no-go" decisions on project pivots and policy shifts.
• Lead the design of solutions for critical escalations, weighing enforcement decisions against market conditions, brand reputation, and long-term user experience.
• Present program performance, vision, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, using data-driven narratives to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in strategic program management, domain ownership, or risk strategy within Trust & Safety, Compliance, or E-commerce.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex, cross-functional partner relationships.
• Exceptional ability to navigate extreme ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions in a dynamic, global environment.
• Experience in translating data insights into high-level business strategy.
Preferred:
• Deep expertise in Emergency Response, Social Media Policy implementation within a global E-Commerce or Social Media platform.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data.
• Comfortable utilizing AI.
