What You'll Do

As a Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring program success by leading cross-functional collaboration, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and delivering results that exceed customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with internal functional teams and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive program execution and continuous improvement.

  • Managing the daily program cadence, including schedule performance, customer reviews, IPT meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and executive decision reviews.

  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring program documentation and analyses while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and business procedures.

  • Collaborating closely with production, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to prioritize work and ensure on-time product deliveries.

  • Managing program financial, technical, and schedule performance to meet contractual commitments.

  • Leading Risk & Opportunity Management activities and providing guidance to program leads.

  • Supporting monthly financial reporting and other key program performance metrics.

  • Coordinating customer program reviews and preparing for customer visits and presentations.

  • Leading informed decision-making across the IPT, even when navigating incomplete or evolving information.

  • Organizing program reviews, business meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions.

Required Qualifications
