Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Monroe, WA. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in customer relationship management, production planning, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, managing programs from order placement through delivery. This role requires strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and successful program execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage customer communications and resolve issues, including urgent situations outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Lead customer program reviews and provide regular project status updates.
  • Develop recovery plans for production schedules that are behind customer requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering change requests while maximizing cost recovery.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, expedited orders, and spare parts with customers.
  • Forecast customer demand and manage delivery commitments.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and other internal departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, schedules, and reporting.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Ability to successfully manage customer programs with minimal supervision.
  • Must have successfully maintained a Tier 1 Program Management position for at least 12 consecutive months or equivalent management approval.
  • Work Authorization: US Persons, no sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Production Control, Materials Management, Inventory Management, or Program Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving on-time delivery performance.
  • Experience creating and maintaining:
  • Gantt Charts
  • S-Curves
  • Stoplight Reports
  • Microsoft Project schedules
  • Advanced Excel reporting
  • Program Management certification (PMP or equivalent preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Syteline or similar ERP/MRP systems.
