APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Seattle, USA. Lead enterprise‑scale technical programs at APPIT Software's Seattle hub, driving cross‑functional delivery of platform initiatives with global engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic technical programs that span engineering, infrastructure, and product organizations globally
  • Define program governance frameworks, milestone criteria, and quality gates for complex multi‑quarter initiatives
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical trade‑off discussions across distributed engineering teams
  • Build and maintain executive‑-facing program dashboards with clear risk and opportunity narratives
  • Mentor junior TPMs and establish best practices for technical program management across the organization
  • Partner with VP‑level stakeholders to align program priorities with company OKRs and strategic goals
Requirements
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or cloud platforms
  • Deep technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure at scale
