Job description

Senior Technical Manager

Area: Boston, Massachusetts 100% Fully Remote or Hybrid Onsite 100%

6 to 9 Years with Promethium, Power BI, Snowflake and Azure Data lake. Facilitate data discovery across disparate sources using Promethium's unified interface. Support metadata management, data lineage, and governance initiatives. Experience with designing and developing data discovery, cataloging, query automation, and self-service analytics solutions. Proven experience with Promethium or similar data discovery and query automation platforms. Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
  • To architect, design, and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
  • To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
  • To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
  • To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
