What we need
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Technical Program Manager with strong experience leading large-scale, technically complex IT programs across enterprise environments. You will partner with cross-functional leaders across IT, security, infrastructure, applications, data, product, finance, and business functions to plan and execute critical technology initiatives.
Your primary goal will be to ensure IT programs are strategically aligned, well-planned, and flawlessly executed, with proactive management of dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular interaction with senior leaders and executive management to drive clarity, accountability, and results across the organization.
What we do
The Enterprise IT Infrastructure Team manages our IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliable compute, network, and service operations. Our team optimizes servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms while maintaining seamless connectivity with SD-WAN, firewalls, and VPNs. The Service Desk provides end-user support, and IT Operations handles monitoring, incident management, backups, and system performance. We also deploy and support IT implementations at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing technical assistance. By aligning IT solutions with business needs, we drive reliability, scalability, and innovation.
What you'll do
Project Leadership
  • Partner with IT leadership, business owners, architecture, security, finance, and vendors to ensure program plans are technically sound, realistic, and aligned to business priorities
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and delivery outcomes for multiple strategic IT programs
  • Facilitate cross-functional program reviews and executive updates, clearly communicating status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions required
  • Act as the primary program lead and escalation point, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and timely resolution of roadblocks

Program Execution
  • Lead multi-disciplinary IT teams through the full program lifecycle: strategy, design, implementation, deployment, and operational transition
  • Drive execution of enterprise IT initiatives, including:
    • Infrastructure and cloud platforms (hybrid / multi-cloud)
    • Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain)
    • Cybersecurity, identity, compliance, and risk programs
    • Data platforms, integrations, and analytics solutions
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors / system integrators
  • Manage complex dependencies across applications, infrastructure, security, data, and business processes
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and organizational risks
  • Own cross-program issue tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning
  • Ensure timely delivery of key program artifacts such as:
    • Program plans and roadmaps
    • Architecture and dependency documentation
    • Requirements, design, and validation documentation
    • Cutover, change management, and operational readiness plans

Champion Process & Execution Excellence
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across IT delivery teams
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, SDLC, change management, and security controls
  • Continuously improve program management standards, tooling, and reporting to scale execution
  • Drive consistent use of agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods as appropriate to the program

What you'll need
  • Minimum 8 years of experience delivering complex IT or technology programs
  • Minimum 5 years in a Technical Program or Senior Program Management role
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs spanning multiple domains (infrastructure, applications, security, data)
  • Strong understanding of modern IT architectures including cloud, integrations, security, and enterprise platforms
  • Experience managing large system implementations, migrations, or transformations
  • Demonstrated success working in matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience managing vendor-led and globally distributed teams
  • Proficiency with Jira, MS Project (or equivalent), PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

The base range for this position in the posted location is $150,000.00 - $206,800.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
