Job description

About the Role
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you'll own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, while also acting as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech. You'll conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver technical and non-technical training, and ensure the final implementation aligns with both client goals and internal architecture. In short: you'll be part solutions expert, part technical configurator, part implementation lead.
What You'll Do
  • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to surface business requirements, integration needs, pain points, and success criteria.
  • Deliver product demos tailored to client use cases. Translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design technically feasible, scalable solutions built on our product capabilities and integrations. Architect system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations
  • Act as the technical point of contact across the Sales → Implementation → CS handoff
  • Validate feasibility, scope integration, identify gaps early, and guide technical expectations.
  • Produce clear, detailed technical proposals, system design docs, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation to support both client and internal teams.
  • Perform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live.
  • Train internal (IMs, CS, Support) and client teams on system usage, integration flows, and configuration capabilities.
  • Build training materials, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to align on deliverables and technical constraints. Serve as escalation lead for technical issues during implementation.
  • After go-live, monitor system performance, identify technical issues or optimization opportunities, and lead remediation or iteration efforts.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation)
  • Strong hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic
  • Adept at discovery and translating business requirements into technical design
  • Comfortable presenting and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints
  • Capability to balance multiple clients/projects, prioritize technical tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments
  • Collaborator at heart - willing to partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Operations
  • Passionate about customer success, and committed to delivering solutions that scale

Bonus Experience
  • Hands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions.
  • Familiarity integrating AI into onboarding/process workflows.
