Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

At Windsor Solutions, were hiring someone who understands how software implementations work and wants to grow into Project Management. This role is built for people coming from Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar roles who are ready to take ownership of delivery, not just support it.


What Youll Do


  • Keep software implementation projects organized and moving forward
  • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Work directly with clients to understand needs and communicate status
  • Translate requirements into clear next steps for technical teams
  • Partner with engineers on system behavior, data, and workflows
  • Gradually take ownership of full project delivery


What Were Looking For


  • 2 to 5 years in roles like Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Implementation Analyst
  • Experience working on software implementations, SaaS preferred
  • Comfortable with requirements, data, and how systems connect
  • Client facing experience
  • Interest in growing into Project Management
