Job description

What We Do

Network Right is on a mission to create a human-centric, innovative, next-generation world of IT. We are disrupting the IT service industry by offering custom solutions to each individual client. At Network Right, we’re bridging the gap between IT and People by offering unique support based on the needs of growing businesses and making employees lives easier through technology.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on implementation leader who can own software rollouts from start to finish.

This is not a coordination role. You will be the technical owner of delivery, responsible for planning, executing, troubleshooting, and successfully completing projects across our client environments.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end implementation ownership

    • Lead multiple projects from discovery → design → execution → validation → handoff

  • Technical leadership (hands-on)

    • Act as the primary technical authority across projects, making decisions and executing when needed

  • Successful delivery outcomes

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality

  • Client confidence

    • Translate technical decisions into clear expectations and build trust throughout the project lifecycle

Types of Projects You’ll Lead
  • SaaS implementations and integrations

  • Identity & Access Management (SSO, MDM)

  • Security tooling rollouts

  • Domain and email migrations

  • Cross-platform environment standardization

Examples of tools you’ve likely worked with:

  • MDM: Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, Jamf

  • EDR: SentinelOne, Sophos

  • SSO: Okta

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
  • Lead and execute implementations, migrations, and integrations

  • Break down ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans

  • Identify risks early and proactively solve them

  • Manage/Context switch between various projects (Dependent on timeline)

  • Troubleshoot complex issues during deployment (not escalate them)

  • Partner with Project Managers to align scope, timelines, and expectations

  • Create clear documentation (design, implementation, validation, handoff)

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven implementation ownership

    • You’ve led and completed multiple full-cycle rollouts—not just assisted or maintained systems

  • 6+ years in IT / systems / infrastructure / SaaS environments

  • Strong SaaS ecosystem experience

    • Okta

    • Intune

    • Iru (formerly known as Kandji)

    • Jamf

    • Google Workspace

    • Microsoft 365

    • etc.

  • Hands-on + leadership balance

    • You can both architect the solution and execute it

  • Client-facing confidence

    • You can explain tradeoffs, push back when needed, and guide decisions

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
  • You’ve seen projects fail—and know how to prevent that

  • You anticipate issues before they happen

  • You care about clean, scalable implementations—not quick fixes

  • You leave environments better than you found them

Benefits:

  • ❤️‍🩹 Health Benefits

    • 100% covered health, dental and vision insurance for you, 50% for dependents

    • Paid Parental Leave

    • HSA/FSA eligibility

    • Access to a variety of mental health programs

  • 💸 Compensation, Rewards & Recognition

    • 401(k) + 4% company matching

    • Annual Bonus Program

  • 🌴 Balance

    • Flexible Time Off

  • 📚 Learning & Development

    • Flexible certification and learning stipends and reimbursements

  • 🤝 Culture

    • Biannual company retreats

    • Social events

    • Wellbeing events and programs

  • ➕ Extras

    • Home internet and mobile reimbursement

    • Monthly meal stipend

    • Commuter benefits

Interview Plan:
Round 1

  • Phone call with Recruiter

Round 2

  • 45 min Zoom call with Project Coordinator

Round 3: Final

  • 45 min with Professional Services Lead

  • 45 min with Service Manager

Compensation Range: $100K - $120K
