Implementation Specialist (Dealership Operations Consultant)

$74k/year plus $500/month vehicle allowance


Overview


This role supports dealership operations by driving the successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The Implementation Specialist partners closely with dealership teams to install, train, and optimize tools while providing ongoing coaching and support.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping teams succeed through technology.


Key Responsibilities


Technology Implementation & Adoption

  • Lead the installation, training, and rollout of technology tools within dealership environments
  • Guide teams through onboarding and ensure successful adoption and utilization
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned tools and systems

Coaching & Training

  • Train dealership staff on system functionality, workflows, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce usage and improve performance
  • Tailor training approaches to different roles and experience levels

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from dealership teams and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze performance data and develop action plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support dealerships in overcoming adoption challenges and operational barriers

Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with dealership personnel across all levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success

Territory Management

  • Plan and manage travel within assigned territory to maximize impact
