Job Title

Technical Implementation Specialist

About your role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Implementation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft web technologies to support the deployment, configuration, and operational readiness of an Internet-based Digital Banking application. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in the Microsoft stack, a sharp problemโ€‘solving acumen, and the ability to independently drive project deliverables in highโ€‘stakes environments.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Install, configure, and support Internetโ€‘based applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, IIS, Visual Studio).
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and associated tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in escalated or highโ€‘priority projects with short notice.
  • Ensure secure system operations and proper handling of sensitive data in compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver clientโ€‘facing documentation (e.g., Infrastructure Plans, Test Plans, Whitepapers).
  • Develop and maintain formal documentation, tools, and processes to improve team efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure endโ€‘toโ€‘end system reliability and performance.
Experience youโ€™ll need to have
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Web Technology stack (IIS, .NET Framework, Visual Studio).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (installation, configuration, performance tuning).
  • Solid understanding of web service technologies and formats, particularly XML, XSD, and SOAP.
  • Proven experience managing system deployments and configurations in a secure, scalable environment.
  • Strong familiarity with data privacy laws and secure system design principles.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without constant oversight.
Experience that would be great to have
  • Experience in the Digital Banking or FinTech sector.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Exposure to DevOps methodologies or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA/MCSE).

Salary Range

$67,500.00 - $120,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
