Data Implementation Specialist
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, REST APIs, and integrations by managing all aspects of data discovery and data migration to support multiple client projects on the PRISM platform. This client-centric role requires someone who can understand property management data structures and anticipate client needs while delivering exceptional data solutions that exceed expectations. Schedule overlaps with US Hours based upon customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-focused data discovery sessions to gather requirements and scope data portion of PRISM implementation projects
  • Configure and execute both native PRISM data import tools and creative custom Python scripts for complex data transformations and migrations
  • Develop innovative data transformation solutions to solve unique property management data challenges
  • Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data migrations, including data dictionaries and data discrepancy reports
  • Stay current with new technologies, approaches, and best practices in data analytics

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data discovery and data mapping (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong data transformation skills across various software CRE platforms and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in SaaS product implementation projects with strong client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to transform and manipulate property management data for PRISM platform integration
  • Advanced data mapping and transformation expertise with ability to work across multiple data formats and systems.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to translate client business needs into technical data solutions
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques
  • Knowledge of property management data structures and systems is helpful
  • Superior client-facing communication skills with ability to explain complex data concepts in accessible terms
  • Client-first mindset with passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload across multiple PRISM implementation projects

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python-related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Scikit-learn) beyond Pandas
  • Experience developing innovative data transformation techniques for property management datasets
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to clients
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Relevant certifications in data analysis or Python programming
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Estimated compensation for this position:
90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
